MY FAVORITES
My Favorites is a feature that we have added to our website which allows users to keep a diary of properties while browsing our listings. Once you have signed up for an account, you will be directed to your Favorites home screen, this is where all your favorite properties will be stored. You will be able to sort them by update/date added, price, price/m2 and area. To add a real estate listing to your Favorites diary visit either the ‘Rent’ or ‘Buy’ tab.
By visiting the ‘Rent’ or ‘Buy’ tab, you will be able to view all of the properties that are currently in our inventory. While browsing these listings, you can select ‘Favorite’ located on the right of each property and the listing will automatically be added to your Favorites list.
If you would like more information about the property before adding it to your Favorites account, click on the listing to be directed to the Property Profile page. From here by clicking on the Favorites Icon located by the social media links, you can add the property to your favorites.

PROPERTY TOOLS
On each Property Profile, users will be able to interact with our set of property tools:
 Our Virtual Tour tool allows users to navigate through a 3D tour of the property |
 The Currency Conversion tool allows for the user to check the price in any currency they choose |
 The Area Converter tools allows the user to convert the area of the property into either acre, hectare, or square feet |
 The Download Brochure tool will direct users to a digital brochure that can be saved, printed or shared as a link. |
 The Mortgage Calculator will allow users to take the price of the property and calculate what the users monthly installments would be on a loan. |
