Qanat Quartier is the Venetian Quarter of The Pearl Qatar. This area of The Pearl is known for its colorful architecture and vibrant surroundings inspired by the city of Venice with its picturesque views, beaches, canals and piazzas.

The Qanat Quartier development consists of residential apartments and townhomes spread across 14 different parcels. There are eight parcels with a total of 35 residential apartment buildings also know as Palazzo’s and four parcels with townhomes available for rent.

The Palazzo’s consist of apartments ranging from one to five bedrooms. The townhomes have wonderful views of the canals and piazzas, and select townhomes also have direct beach access. The remaining two parcels consist of a Hotel and a Marina Club.
